Introducing Hal the Food Truck—the newest member of Coastal Georgia’s Halyard Restaurant Group! Serving up classic Halyard Restaurant Group dishes and new creations for lunch and dinner, Hal the Food Truck can be found on St. Simons Island and around Glynn County all year long. Hal will also be making a special appearance at our catering events.

Enjoy familiar favorites from Halyards, Tramici, and La Plancha in food truck-style portions—including tacos, lasagna, burgers, and poke bowls—and exciting new dishes, like crab cake sliders and po’ boys—all served up in style right in your neighborhood. Halyards offers creative American cuisine—featuring fish just caught off the Georgia coast, plus flavor-rich, local produce and an inventive wine and cocktail list.

Tramici means “among friends.” Enjoy Italian cuisine in our energetic, warm, and inviting dining room, beneath the twinkly lights and shaded awnings of our deck and patio, or at our open bar that overlooks the kitchen.

La Plancha serves homemade Mexican dishes and other Latin American favorites, including those from Chef Dave’s Colombian family recipes.

Cassie Jones was born and raised in North Georgia, where she lived with her mom on Lake Allatoona. In her early years, you could find Cassie cheerleading or riding her dirt bike. She first discovered her love for the customer service industry while attending cosmetology school. And in 2018, Cassie moved to Glynn County where she reignited her passion for helping customers by beginning a career in food service.
